Every semester (January/February - March/April; July - September/October), NPTEL will issue NPTEL STARS. There are different categories in NPTEL STARS - NPTEL Discipline Star is one among them. NPTEL DISCIPLINE STAR is for candidates who completed courses totaling 50 weeks or more in the same discipline. The final score in every course is greater than or equal to 55.
